Brookland Cares is a community interest company. We provide street cleaning and block beautification services by micro-targeting specific streets and front yards within the DC area with our clean team to pick up trash or beautify tree wells for aesthetics. We support and encourage the DC local community and groups across DC to tackle litter so that their neighborhoods are cleaner, safer, and more pleasant places to live. It’s a fun and rewarding activity which brings people closer together and helps create a sense of pride in their neighborhood.
With your donations, we purchase and provide Trash Pickers, Gloves, Plants, Seeds, and Brookland cares T-Shirts to our community volunteers and community members seeking to provide support in their neighborhood.
